I've been looking for a new energy bar to try, and I stumbled upon a brand called Kate's Real Food. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they are. The bars are not too sweet, and they provide a good amount of energy for my workouts. I also appreciate that they use natural ingredients. Definitely worth a try!
