I recently worked with this company on a project, and while their communication was initially prompt and professional, I noticed some inconsistencies in their delivery timelines and follow-up. The website design and user interface were easy to navigate and informative, which I appreciated. However, there were a few instances where I had to reach out multiple times to get updates on the progress of my project, which was frustrating. The quality of work was satisfactory, but I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of accountability and meeting deadlines. Overall, my experience was average, and I would suggest that they focus on enhancing their project management and communication processes to ensure a better customer experience.
