I recently had the pleasure of attending a workshop at the Laban/Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies and it was an amazing experience. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, and the curriculum was well-organized. I gained a deeper understanding of the body and movement, and how to apply these principles in my own work. The atmosphere at the institute was supportive and creative, and I left feeling inspired. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in movement studies.
