I recently used a tax service for my tax filing, and I must say that the experience was not what I expected. The service provided by U.S. Tax Services AG was subpar. The staff seemed uninformed and unprofessional, and they were unable to answer my basic tax-related queries. Additionally, the online platform was difficult to navigate, and I encountered multiple technical glitches. I expected more from such a reputed company. I would not recommend U.S. Tax Services AG to anyone in need of efficient and reliable tax assistance.
