I recently used this company for a special tour experience and overall it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had useful information about their services. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. My inquiries took longer than expected to be answered and the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about certain aspects of the tour. The tour itself was decent but didn't exceed my expectations. The guide was friendly and professional, but I felt like some of the information provided was basic and could have been more in-depth. Additionally, there were a few logistical issues during the tour that were somewhat frustrating. Overall, the experience was okay, but I don't think I would choose this company again for future tours.
