I recently worked with Echo House Ltd and had a mixed experience. The website, echostudios.co.uk, provided me with a good insight into the company's services. However, the overall customer service was average at best. It took several attempts to get a response from their support team, and their communication was not always clear and timely. On the positive side, the quality of their work was satisfactory, but it did not exceed my expectations.
