I had a really positive experience with the Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in providing resources and support for my aging parents. They were able to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had. I would highly recommend their services to others. The website was also very user-friendly and informative. Overall, a great organization!
