Affinity group mortgage is an average company. I recently used their services for refinancing my home and I found their process to be relatively smooth and efficient. However, I did encounter a few hiccups along the way, which is why I'm giving them an average rating. The customer service could have been better and I think there is room for improvement in that aspect. Overall, my experience was decent but not exceptional.
