I recently signed up with this fitness company and had a relatively average experience overall. The website is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information about their services. The membership fee is reasonable, offering access to state-of-the-art equipment and a variety of fitness classes.

However, I found the staff to be a bit unenthusiastic and lacking in knowledge. They seemed disinterested in answering my questions and providing guidance on how to maximize my workout. Additionally, the cleanliness of the facilities left something to be desired, as I noticed some equipment being in need of repair and the locker rooms were not as well maintained as I would have liked.

On a positive note, the class instructors were knowledgeable and motivating, which helped to make up for the shortcomings in other areas. Overall, my experience with this fitness company was average and I'm not sure if I will renew my membership in the future.
