I had a mixed experience with Sinetel. While their customer support was quite helpful and responsive, I found their service to be unreliable at times. There were frequent interruptions in the internet connection, which was quite frustrating. However, when the connection was working properly, the speed was decent. Overall, I would rate them as average.
