I have been using Your Help Desk for a few months ...

I have been using Your Help Desk for a few months now and I can say that their service has been average. The support team is responsive, but sometimes the solutions provided are not very helpful. It would be great if they could improve their troubleshooting skills. Overall, it's an okay experience.
