I had a slightly disappointing experience with Dafra Motos. The motorcycle I purchased had some issues right out of the box, which was frustrating. However, the customer service team was helpful in resolving the problems, and the repair process was quick. While the initial experience was not ideal, the way the issues were handled ultimately left me satisfied.
