I have been a customer of Mph group for several years now and I must say that their services have been consistently average. While I cannot complain about their products or delivery, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. The staff is generally polite, but sometimes they can be a bit slow in responding to queries. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
