I am a customer of Botswana diamonds plc. The company is average, and I have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, their customer service is excellent and the staff is helpful and friendly. On the other hand, the quality of their diamonds is not consistent and sometimes I have been disappointed with my purchases. Overall, I would rate them as average.
