I recently attended a parkour workshop and I had an amazing time. The instructors were very helpful and patient, and they provided clear instructions for each movement. The atmosphere was energetic and supportive, and I felt comfortable trying new things. The only suggestion I have is to provide more water stations throughout the facility. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely go back again!
