I had a rather average experience with Simmbiotic. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. I had some issues with my order and it took multiple attempts to get a response from their support team. The product itself was okay, nothing special. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a great experience, but it wasn't terrible either.
