I am a loyal customer of Dmx and I must say that their service is average. Although they have a nice website at gs-dmx.com, I find that their products are not always reliable. The customer service is also just average, as they often take a long time to respond to inquiries. Overall, I would say that Dmx is an okay company, but there are definitely better options out there.
