However, throughout the process, the communication could have been better. There were delays in receiving updates about my case, and it was frustrating at times to have to follow up multiple times for a response. While the firm eventually resolved my case to my satisfaction, it took longer than expected. Additionally, the fees were on the higher side compared to other firms I researched. In conclusion, Mitchell Law Group is competent but could improve in terms of communication and efficiency.
