I recently purchased a 3D printer from a company called Delray Systems, and overall, my experience was just average. The company's website, 3d-printer.com, was easy to navigate, and they had a decent selection of printers to choose from. However, there were a few areas where I was slightly disappointed. Firstly, the customer service could have been better. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the responses were not very detailed or helpful. Secondly, the delivery process was quite slow. It took longer than expected for the printer to arrive at my doorstep. Lastly, while the printer itself works fine, it did not come with as many features as I had hoped for. Overall, Delray Systems provided an average experience in terms of customer service, delivery, and product quality.
