I had an overall average experience with Ksy electromchanical works llc. The company website ksy.ae was fairly informative and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. The rate of response to my inquiries was also quite slow. I expected better communication and assistance from a company of their caliber. Nonetheless, the quality of their work was satisfactory. They completed the project within the given timeframe and the end result met my expectations. Considering the pros and cons, I would rate Ksy electromchanical works llc as average.
