The company's services were quite average. The website layout could use some improvement, as it was not very user-friendly. Navigation was confusing and finding the necessary information was a bit of a hassle. Additionally, the tracking system was not very reliable, as it often failed to provide accurate updates on the status of my package. The delivery time was also longer than expected, causing some inconvenience. On a positive note, the customer support team was responsive and tried their best to assist me with my queries. However, overall, my experience with the company was just average. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of website functionality and delivery efficiency.
