I have been a customer of Benefitcorp for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do have some good products, there have been times when I have received damaged items. Their customer support is not the best either. It takes a while for them to respond to queries and sometimes their answers are not helpful. Overall, I would rate Benefitcorp as average.
