I had a mixed experience with Grupo Ameristeel. I found their customer service to be below average. The representatives were not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me with my inquiries. However, I must admit that their products are of high quality. The steel we purchased from them for our construction project was sturdy and durable. Overall, I would rate them as average.
