As a parent, I was hopeful that the tracker would provide a sense of security and peace of mind. While I appreciated the accuracy of the GPS and the ease of use, I found the device to be quite bulky and inconvenient. The customer service team was responsive and helpful, but I was underwhelmed by the limited customization options for notifications and alerts. Additionally, the monthly subscription fee felt a bit steep for the features offered. Overall, the product did offer some reassurance, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of design, functionality, and pricing.
