I have been a customer of Lucushost for a few years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. The uptime and response time are satisfactory, but there is nothing exceptional about them. The customer support is decent and they usually resolve issues in a timely manner. Overall, I would say that Lucushost is an okay choice for hosting, especially if you are on a tight budget.
