I have been using the products and services of Novastor for quite a long time, and I must say that they are just average. The user interface is user-friendly, but the performance of their backup software is not up to the mark. The backup process takes longer than expected and sometimes fails without any clear error message. Overall, Novastor is an average company with room for improvement.
