I recently had an average experience with this beauty and bridal institute. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. I reached out via email and received a response in a timely manner, which was appreciated. On the day of my appointment, the staff was friendly and welcoming. However, I found the service to be average at best. The hairstylist seemed rushed and not fully attentive to my needs. Additionally, the final result did not meet my expectations. The establishment itself could use some updating as it felt quite dated. Overall, while the initial communication and atmosphere were satisfactory, the actual service and end result left something to be desired. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a more exceptional experience.
