I recently had the opportunity to work with a communication and projects company, and while the overall experience was decent, there were some areas for improvement. The website provided a good overview of their services, but I found the navigation somewhat confusing. Additionally, the response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, impacting the efficiency of the communication process. However, the quality of the final project was satisfactory and the team was professional in their interactions. Overall, it was an average experience and I would consider giving them another chance in the future if they work on enhancing their communication and responsiveness.
