As a regular customer of Bumper Lanes, I must say that the service provided by them is average. The staff is usually attentive and friendly, but sometimes they can be a little slow in responding to customer requests. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, but I feel that they could use some updates to keep up with the latest trends in bowling. Overall, it's a decent place to spend a fun evening with friends and family.
