I have been a customer of Eurofins genomics for the past five years and I must say their services are average. The quality of their work is satisfactory but not exceptional. The customer support team is responsive and efficient in resolving any issues that arise. However, there have been instances where the delivery of results has been delayed, causing inconvenience. Overall, I would rate Eurofins genomics as an average company.
