I recently used the services of this company and found the overall experience to be satisfactory. The website was user-friendly and provided helpful information about tax preparation. However, the customer service could be more responsive and attentive to individual needs. The communication and follow-up could be improved to ensure a smoother and more personalized experience for clients. While the services provided were adequate, there is definitely room for enhancement in terms of client care and support. I would consider using this company again in the future if there are improvements in customer service.
