CUSTOMER: 🙃 Working with It social has been a mixed experience. While they have provided me with good digital marketing strategies, I feel that there have been some gaps in execution. There have been instances where the deadlines were not met and the results were not up to the mark. However, the team has shown willingness to address the issues and make improvements. So, there is potential, but it needs more consistent delivery. 🙃
