I found Ideal Plan Management to be unreliable and unhelpful. Their customer service was lacking, and they did not provide adequate support in managing my NDIS plan. Additionally, their website was difficult to navigate, making it frustrating to find the information I needed. I would not recommend Ideal Plan Management based on my experience.
