I am extremely satisfied with the training I've received at E.y. martial arts & self-defense concepts, llc. The instructors are knowledgeable and patient, making the learning process enjoyable. The techniques taught are practical and effective. The classes are challenging but never overwhelming. I appreciate the attention given to safety and proper form. I highly recommend this place!
