I recently engaged with a construction company to work on a project for my home. The experience with this company was average. While the end result met my expectations, the communication and updates throughout the process were lacking. The website provided some helpful information, but it could use more detailed project examples and customer reviews. The team was professional, but I felt that they could have been more proactive in keeping me informed about the progress. Overall, the company does deliver on their promises, but there's room for improvement in terms of customer engagement and communication.
