I recently hired a photography company for my family portrait session. After browsing through several options online, I stumbled upon Snap! photography. The website was user-friendly and visually appealing, which made it easy for me to navigate and explore their services. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free. My photographer was professional and arrived on time for the shoot. However, I must admit that the overall experience was average. The quality of the final photos was decent, but it didn't surpass my expectations. I felt that some shots lacked creativity and uniqueness. Moreover, communication throughout the process could have been improved, as I had to follow-up for updates. Despite these shortcomings, the service was satisfactory. I appreciate their effort to capture our special moments, but there is room for improvement in terms of creativity and communication.
