I recently tried out a company (which shall remain nameless), and I was extremely disappointed. The quality of their products and services was below average, and their customer service was lacking. Fortunately, I found 12 Degrees, and they have exceeded all my expectations! Their products are excellent, and their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them!
