I had an average experience with jemcarpets.co.uk. The customer service was satisfactory, although there were a few hiccups along the way. The carpet itself is of good quality, but there were some minor flaws in the installation. Overall, I would consider using Jem Carpets again, but with slightly lowered expectations.
