I'm so glad I attended a workshop at the Laban/Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies. The instructors were highly knowledgeable and passionate about their work. The curriculum was well-structured and I learned a lot about the body and movement. The institute has a warm and encouraging atmosphere that promotes growth and creativity. I would definitely recommend it to others.
