I recently attended a workshop at the Laban/Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies and it was an incredible experience. The instructors were knowledgeable and passionate, and the curriculum was well-designed. I learned so much about the body and movement and how to apply these principles to my own practice. The atmosphere at the institute was welcoming and supportive, and I felt truly inspired by the other participants.
