I recently purchased a baler from Balers and Stuff, Inc. and overall, I had an average experience. The baler works fine and serves its purpose, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very knowledgeable and seemed disinterested in assisting me. The delivery was also delayed, causing some inconvenience. I expected better service and attention to detail from a company like this.
