I have been banking with Firstbank & trust for a few years now and overall I have had a positive experience. The customer service is excellent and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The online banking system is user-friendly and allows me to easily manage my accounts. The only minor issue I have had is with some occasional delays in processing transactions, but it has been rare. Overall, I would rate Firstbank & trust as a great bank.
