I recently used a travel service, and I must say it was a decent experience. The booking process was smooth, and the website was user-friendly. The customer service could have been better, though. The staff wasn't very friendly, and I found them slightly unhelpful at times. The trip itself was enjoyable, but I expected a bit more excitement and adventure. Overall, it was an okay experience.
