I recently completed a program at this facility, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the staff was generally supportive and the living conditions were comfortable. However, I was disappointed by the lack of variety in the treatment options and the limited focus on individualized therapy. Additionally, there were times when communication with the staff was unclear, which led to confusion and frustration. While the location was peaceful, the program overall left me feeling like there could have been more attention to personal needs. If the focus was more on tailoring the program to the unique needs of each client, it could make a big difference.
