I recently purchased a phone from Skyrise Distribution Limited through their website solid-gsm.com. The overall experience was average. The delivery was quick and the packaging was good. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. There were delays in responding to my queries and the representatives were not very helpful. Additionally, I encountered some issues with the phone itself and it took a while to get them resolved. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement.
