The customer service at Ottica pc - vision was exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing me with personalized assistance in finding the right glasses. They had a good selection of frames and I was able to find a pair that I really liked. The optometrist was professional and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the eye exam. I am very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be returning for future eyewear needs.
