As a customer, I must say that I have mixed feelings about this accounting firm. The website is user-friendly and provides all the necessary information one might need. However, the service itself was just average. 😐 The accountants lacked enthusiasm and were not very proactive in providing suggestions for tax planning or financial management. On the positive side, they were responsive to my queries and always returned my calls promptly. However, I expected more personalized attention and guidance, especially considering the fee they charge. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there are better options out there for accounting services. 🤷‍♀️
