I recently became a member of Helena Community Credit Union, and I would say their services are just average. The staff is friendly, but I wasn't too impressed with their online banking platform. It lacks some features that I find useful, and it can be a bit glitchy at times. Their rates are also average compared to other institutions. Overall, they are neither great nor terrible.
