I have recently purchased a spa from Morgan Buildings & Spas, Inc. and I must say the experience was average. The spa itself is of decent quality, but the customer service could have been better. The staff seemed a bit indifferent and not very knowledgeable about the product. Moreover, the delivery was delayed by a week without any explanation. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, but I expected better service from a reputed company like Morgan Buildings & Spas, Inc.
