I recently had the opportunity to experience the services provided by Integrated Logistics and I must say, it was an average experience. The company website, integrated-logistics.com, was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about their services. However, I found that the customer service could be improved. While they were polite and responsive, it took them longer than expected to address my queries and concerns. Additionally, the delivery process was not as efficient as I had hoped. Despite choosing expedited shipping, my package arrived later than the promised date. On a positive note, the packaging was secure and my items were not damaged. Overall, I would rate Integrated Logistics as average. They have the potential to be a reliable logistics company, but there are areas that need improvement, particularly in terms of customer service and delivery speed.
